Our fee structure

How we charge for our services.

We'll start our relationship with you with a free initial consultation. We offer this to you on a no-obligation basis and in the strictest confidence.

Once you decide to proceed, we charge a quarterly, non-refundable retainer. This is a nominal fee that covers our out-of-pocket expenses and allows us to provide you with a focused and dedicated service.

The retainer is offset against our final success fee. For clients who are buying a property, this is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price and is payable upon exchange of contracts. For clients who are renting a property, we charge a percentage of the full year's rent and this is payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement. In either case, we may agree a fixed fee so that you know at the outset what our service will cost. You can then rest assured that our interests are fully aligned.

Our goal: to save our fee

We aim to save you our fee at the very least, and in most cases we save our clients much more than this. We are likely to save you money because we have access to in-depth research on properties across the market. This, combined with our objectivity and expertise, enables us to understand the real value of a property and negotiate accordingly on your behalf.
